Grafton, Wisconsin

We finally made it to Atlas BBQ in Grafton. We started with a visit to Trevor's apartment and then lunch ala Chef Berger.

Trevor serves up a great lunch.

This was the lunch version of the Death Star sandwich. Beef brisket with pulled pork, sausage links, chedder cheese and onion rings on a pretzel roll. Trevor left off the brisket for the lighter lunch sandwich. The bowl of Mac n Cheese makes up for the lost brisket.

We all had the Mac n Cheese side.

Baked Walleye and beer battered cod at Knowles Friday Night Fish Fry.

Jimmy and Monica have a lovely estate in Cedarburg, where we had brats and beers and shots of Tequila. It was a very enjoyable Memorial Weekend afternoon.
