Libby plays steal the bone back with cousin Wurstchen.

As Jen said, our kids get along well together. They all had a good time.

I love you Uncle Pat.

It took the kitties a little longer, but they got things worked out too.

Friday when I picked Jen up from work I got a tour of Befour's manufacturing facility.

It seemed quaint in today's automated world to see a hand built precision instrument assembly operation.

The results are really good!  The scales they make are used in sports, health & fitness, veterinary and lots of other areas.

We didn't think we would still be in Cascade for the Friday Night fish fry, but it sure was good. I do love the Walleye fillets.

Finally on Saturday we were able to get our home back.

We were able to get this amazing site at the Hilly Haven Campgrounds. It's 3.5 miles from Jen's house on the other side of lake Ellen.

Just outside the picture above was the pool. It muffled the Marco Polo yells somewhat. They would open and close the garage door on the end, but we didn't exactly understand the timing. One theory is they closed it when there were too many bugs.

It was nice to be able to host the last night's dinner of brats and beans.

Libby got to see Wurstchen at home.

The RV blows really cold air now. It's a good thing because it was supposed to be 95 today.

I don't know how hot it got, but it seemed hotter. It was near a hundred percent humidity to boot. It was a little taste of things to come in Thailand.

Tonight we are about 30 east of Des Moines. The KOA campgrounds are sometimes little more than parking lot with hookups, but reliable and clean.

Tonight the campground is nearly full. It's right next door to the Iowa Speedway. Our RV had lots of NASCAR stickers on it when we got it so I think it's been to a few of these before.

One of our fellow campers loaned us a pressure regulating fixture so we don't blow out our plumbing. Water pressure is really high here for some reason.

Tomorrow on to Kansas City.
